VIRGINIA BEACH
Belingham Road will be closed to traffic on Wednesday.
The closure will allow a new cul-de-sac to be built as part of the Princess Anne/Kempsville Road project, a city news release says. Access will be maintained for residents during the construction.
Residents who used Belingham to get to Princess Anne Road can use Hartsdale Road or Englewood Drive.
