Dutch NATO community to hold annual dive

NORFOLK

The Dutch NATO community is bringing an annual tradition to Hampton Roads.

The members will hold their annual New Year's dive at noon today in the Chesapeake Bay. Their largest dive is usually held at Scheveningen, Netherlands.

Local divers should meet at 408 Bay Dunes Drive at 11 a.m. Soup, coffee and hot cocoa will be served afterward.
