No injuries as vehicle rear-ends bus in Chesapeake

CHESAPEAKE

A vehicle rear-ended a school bus on its way to Grassfield High School this morning.

The crash happened around 8:30 a.m. on Dominion Boulevard between the school and the Wal-Mart, said Tom Cupitt, school division spokesman.

He said one person in the car was injured, but 11 students on the bus were unharmed.

No other information was immediately available about the injuries suffered by the person in the vehicle.
