A person was stabbed at a 7-Eleven store in the 100 block of W. 26th St. on Friday evening, according to a Norfolk police spokesman.
Officer Chris Amos, a spokesman with the Norfolk Police Department, said police responded to the incident around 6:15 p.m.
A group of men had been fighting and one was armed with a knife, Amos said.
The stabbing victim left the scene before officers arrived but later showed up at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for treatment.
The victim’s injuries were not life-threatening.
Amos said the case is still under investigation.
