Why do lower income areas

Why do lower income areas always are the ones to take the brunt? Why couldn't they close the post office in Great Bridge?

For those who think keeping open two USPS Branches costs...

too much and we a can't afford it, you haven't seen anything yet, just wait and see how much mail service will cost this nation if they ever privatize the mail system

The USPS is similar to the situation with medicare. Medicare is very expensive and is costing this nation (collectively) a great deal of money and we need to figure out ways to save money and raise revenue

That being said, to privatize the services provided by medicare will end up costing the nation and its citizens (individually) astronomically more money than the current system administered by the govt., resulting in more people being unable to afford health care

Those crying for privatization intentionally hide this truth, because they stand to profit from the public.

Berkley

Close it down.It is not very safe when the worker who has to close shop in the evening is alone.

USPS needs to close 1 of 2

USPS needs to close 1 of 2 branches - not necessarily this branch. These folks have little to no poltical clout. It's only fair for them to be heard.
