President takes questions in Google+ interview

WASHINGTON, D.C.

President Barack Obama will participate in the first completely virtual interview from the White House tonight in an event held on Google+Hangout.

The interview is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. and will be streamed live on WhiteHouse.gov, YouTube.com/whitehouse and the White House Google+ page, according to a daily itinerary sent by the White House.

The president will discuss his State of the Union Address and answer questions voted on by more than 225,000 people via YouTube.
