A 46-year-old man was found dead along East Little Creek Road early Saturday.
Officers went to the 400 block of E. Little Creek Road around 4 a.m. after receiving a call about a possible stabbing, according to police spokesman Chris Amos. They found Elpidio Rodriquez III of the 100 block of W. Little Creek Road lying dead in the grass.
Police believe he was stabbed, although no cause of death has been determined, Amos said.
