VIRGINIA BEACH
Wind restrictions have been lifted at the Chesapeake Bay Bridge-Tunnel.
Winds have decreased to below 40 mph, according to bridge-tunnel officials.
Large pickup campers, camper trailers, house trailers, anything being towed and vehicles with exterior cargo were being prevented from crossing the bridge-tunnel when winds were gusting at 40 mph or higher.
