Here is the latest traffic report, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation:
NORFOLK
– Expect potential delays on I-264 at mile marker 9.8 because of a vehicle accident. The east right-center lane and right lane are closed.
– Expect minor delays on I-264 West at the Downtown Tunnel West because of congestion. Traffic is backed up about half a mile.
