Blue catfish are invasive to the Chesapeake Bay. By eating them, Virginians can help save the bay.

Blue catfish are wreaking havoc on native species in the Chesapeake Bay. To reduce the damage, environmentalists want to encourage more restaurants to add the whiskered predator to their menus.

The city's total proposed operating budget is $2.8 billion, a 4.7% increase over the previous year. Two public comment sessions will be held in April before the council votes on it May 13.
