NORFOLK Compared to, say, Anniston, Ala., Norfolk movie-renters are just plain scaredy-cats. The Alabama city ranked as the ninth-highest city for rentals of horror films from Redbox kiosks and was dubbed a “Horror Hot Spot,” while Norfolk rentals of the flicks were ninth-lowest putting it on the “Scaredy-Cat Cities” list, according to the company.
