From wire reports In an interview with the New York Daily News, Atlanta Falcons owner Arthur Blank said Michael Vick has been playing quarterback during football games at the United States Penitentary in Leavenworth, Kan. "Apparently, there was a prison football team and he played quarterback for both sides," Blank told the Daily News in Monday's editions.
Michael Vick’s state trial on dogfighting charges was rescheduled today for June 27.
Vick, the suspended NFL quarterback from Newport News, was originally scheduled to be tried April 2, but Surry County Commonwealth’s Attorney Gerald Poindexter asked in a joint motion with defense attorneys to push the date back.
