Once upon a time, people routinely gathered together to make music. Recent generations have let that tradition to fall by the wayside. We're committed to bringing it back. On May 28 from 6-8 p.m., we'll kick off a new program at the Muse—the Fourth Friday Jam. If you play an instrument—or if you just like to sing—please join us. It's open to people at all skill levels, and we'll be playing all kinds of music, including folk, blues, country, pop and acoustic rock. In addition to having fun, we expect to learn from one another. Feel free to bring songbooks or sheet music. The session is free, although we welcome donations to the Muse Scholarship Fund.
