City workers see pay boost for first time in three years

When the City Council approved this fiscal year’s budget over the summer, it included employee pay raises instead of layoffs like other area cities. This is the first time in three years employees got a boost in their pay check.

City Manager William Harrell is the highest paid employee at $175,086.74, up from $169,950 last year.
