Police have arrested a Portsmouth man on three charges of indecent exposure in his backyard.
John Whitehead, 51, of the 100 block of Bolling Road, has been charged in connection with incidents on Sept. 9, Sept. 22, and Nov. 14, according to a news release from police department spokeswoman Ann Hope.
One of the incidents involved a juvenile, according to Hope.
