Newport News police make arrest in armed robbery

Police have arrested a 20-year-old Newport News man Tuesday and charged him in connection with the armed robbery of a convenience store.

Michael Tyrone Eure was arrested in an apartment in the 300 block of Roseman Court at 10:30 a.m. He faces charges of robbery, use of a firearm in commision of a felony and wearing a mask in public. The In & Out Store was robbed on May 5th.
