NORFOLK
Several cars have crashed into one another following an accident at Newtown Road and Center Drive in which a man was struck by a car, a Norfolk dispatcher said.
The man was injured in the accident at 10:24 p.m., but has not yet been transported to the hospital, the dispatcher said. Another man at the scene is being treated for chest pains.
The accident that followed, which involved four or five vehicles, is tying up traffic tonight on Newtown Road and Center Drive, the dispatcher said.
