That must be one heck of a car.
Hampton police have charged a 35-year-old man with trying to steal the same car he is charged with stealing once before.
Monday morning employees at a car dealership in the 4100 block of W. Mercury Boulevard called police to report a man trying to steal a 2008 Honda Accord. Officers arrested the man after he ran from the lot, police said.
According to police the man has been charged with stealing the same car on Aug. 17.
Eric Rahjean Myrick, no address, is charged with one count of grand larceny and one count of attempted grand larceny.
