People Who Want to Talk in Public Bathrooms

My peeve is the people who want to carry on conversations w/others in public bathrooms OR the next stall, while everyone is "taking care of business." I have NEVER understood that.

Then throw in the wet/used towels on floor and items left out, you as the next person now have to use it will use it uncomfortably working in and around someone else's hygeine issues.
