A North Carolina deputy says a man has killed his estranged girlfriend then himself.
The Sun Journal of New Bern reported that the couple died late Saturday night.
Onslow County sheriff's Maj. Donnie Worrell told the newspaper their names would not be released until relatives had been notified.
A message left for Worrell on Sunday was not immediately returned.
