Sometimes, we "Get What We Deserve"

When the party of "No" refused to work in a Bi-Partisan effort, the President was blamed.

Americans are angry, and they are going to take it out on their leader, as they should.

Now, that the balance of power has swung to the Republicans- let's see what they can actually do to move our country forward.

I have noticed in all of the rheteric this morning, the Conservative leaders have neglected to address the "Elephant" in the room--Afghanistan!$$$$$$$$

With their threats of repealing healthcare, maybe they will actually address what America truly needs--"Insurance Reform", not Healthcare Reform.

I wish them the best.

(After all, if they are ineffective the next 2 yrs- Obama keeps his job)

God Bless America!

The results

The results of this election will ensure 2 years of nothing getting done in Washington, except endless "investigations" by the Republicans into The Presidents background in order to appease the tea party. The Republicans cannot put anything thru without Democratic support in the Senate. That's just the way it is.

Voters

I believe that most people voted the way they did because of their dislike for the President. How can he/congress fix in 20 months what it took eight years to destroy? Also, he could do no more than he was allowed. Did Americans forget or do they care that our country was brought to financial ruin because of the GOP/Bush politics? I cannot wait to see how this is going to play out. I pray for this country!!

The Broke It Let Them Fix It

The republicans broke it, now they get the chance fix it. Could the president fix it in two years, No. Can the new arrivals fix it in two years, no.

Election Results

I am happy that many more conservative candidates were elected to office. However, I think a number of opportunities were squandered by putting forth terrible candidates in some races. Christine O'Donnell was one that comes to mind immediately! Who in there right mind, even if you believe in their policies and positions, who vote for someone who claimed they were "a witch" many years before??? Voters can't be expected to just "rubber stamp" candidates who don't need to be elected. And how in the world was Harry Reid not defeated? It boggles the mind! But now, hopefully, we can now create more jobs, stop runaway spending and cut taxes, and move the country forward! This will not be an easy or painless process. We can only move forward with everybody working together. If they don't, they will be more politicians voted out in the next election, from both sides!

not happy....

wanted the house and the senate. wanted harry reid and barney frank out.
