I voted yes simply because any law or ordinance enacted and enforced on the citizens restricts our freedoms. We are no longer really a free country, we are only alowed as much freedom as our money can purchase in the form of taxes, fees or legal representation.

As long as they are AMERICAN FLAGS & BANNERS & even THE CONFEDERATE FLAG & All the NATIVE AMERICANS Have that privledge also. If you don't support American culture, then go back where you came from. That is politically correct.

Context is everything. What kind of flags and banners? Are Nazi flags OK? (I would hope not.) Is flying giant American flags over car lots really a proper and respectful use of a national banner? Certainly inoffensive banners and flags should be permitted but without some context or detail, the question is meaningless.
