Just by looking at the results of this poll, it looks like we are well represented by our elected officials. It really doesn't matter what level the elected official is, they seem to do their own thing and NOT represent their districts.

The developing cells can not live on it's own so it is not an independent being therefore it is not yet a person, dog, cat or whatever. Since it is not yet an independent being we call these cells a Fetus. When the fetus is delivered and lives it is called a baby and becomes an independent person.
