Versatility, reliability keep Smith on field
Donald Smith has found a way to get on the field a lot, notching more plays than all but two teammates: safeties Devon Simmons and Craig Wilkins. For Smith, it's all been about versatility and the willingness to branch out and fill gaps.
Monarchs make it seven and counting
Thomas DeMarco was basically a thrill a minute for the Monarchs in the first half, rushing 144 yards for three touchdowns and a touchdown pass in a 31-10 victory over Georgetown.
