Two dead after fireworks truck explosion on Ocracoke
A second crew member of Melrose Pyrotechnics has died and three others are hospitalized. They were preparing the island's July 4 fireworks when two loud explosions about 9 a.m. shook homes and businesses and could be heard for miles.
