Duh! I don't care if it is S L Nusbaum or Wells Fargo, let them pay for it themselves. Subsidies have become such a disturbing word when mentioned in conjunction with banks. When will someone subsidize me?

I guess it's expected for now on a hand out to financial establishments.

This would amount to taking from the poor (in this case the average taxpayer in Norfolk) and giving to a few rich joes (wells fargo,[capital letters left out for emphasis]). These people took bail out money, then stuck it to the people they were suppose to help. The name makes me think of a band of thieves.
