John Sidney McCain
Looks like John Sidney McCain is getting a little despirate now. He and Sarah Palin are really pouring it on. That's what despiration does to ya. Hey, you're losing. Obama's winning. What more can I say. The fat lady will sing "Obama" on November 4. Go Barack!
Obama
Obama--- A heart beat away from socialism.
He is the most liberal Senator and is promising you everything under the moon and some of you are believing his hype. He can't pay for it and what he will end up doing is increasing the Federal Government by leaps and bounds. More government programs, sure thats what we need.
Don't be fooled people. Those of you blindly following Obama are sheep and don't know what your getting yourself and the rest of the country into. Through his eloquent fifty ways to say hope and change he has managed to pull the wool over your eyes. He never gives specifics. In the debate on Tuesday he repeated the same lines you hear in his stump speeches. Do you ever wonder why the won't do the town hall meeting with McCain? I think he is afraid of trying to answer in specifics. Come on people we deserve specifics.
One more thing, I don't really care about Obama' connection to Ayers I am more worried about the fact that he sat in Reverend Wright's Church for 20 years while he spewed hatred and Anti American sentiment the whole time. I don't know about you but if my pastor started speaking like that and I didn't agree with it or if I found it horrid I would
re: obama voted?
"Obama voted with the Dems 100% of the time when he actually voted other than present."
And Obama was right in his voting. When you look at McCain, who voted over 90% in favor of Bush, and the mess this country is in, then we don't need 4 more years of Bush politics.
Feeble McCain
He looked feeble to me, don't you agree? And to think Palin would be our president if he died in office. We've suffered through 8 years of a folksy president who probably gets his policy from cronies - do we want more of that? Obama promises change, and change - especially after the last month - is what this country needs!
Vote
I am voting for McCain/Palin for just one reason....... She is HOT!!!!!
Civilian National security force
We already have one - it's called the National Guard.
Obama will get America "back on track" by
Implementing a Civilian National Security Force. First mentioned in a speech he gave in Colorado back in July, he stated this was necessary because, "We cannot continue to rely only on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded".
Thoughts?
Obama Vote?
Obama voted with the Dems 100% of the time when he actually voted other than present.
McCain's level head????
To make such a statement you don't know the real John McCain at all. Before you vote, you might want to educate yourself on the hothead himself.
MCCAIN HAS A LOT TO EXPLAIN
Only a few more weeks to go and still no answer. I would like to hear from Senator McCain why he never served on the Veterans Affairs Committee in 26 years, voted to gut or eliminate veterans health care funding at least 29 times since 1990, voted against improving military health facilities like Walter Reed in 2007, voted against a fairer system to set PTSD benefits in 2005, voted against adequate rest between deployments, and why he was at a fundraiser in California rather than voting for the GI Bill sponsored by John Warner, Hagel, and Webb. The state of VA hospitals are a disgrace. Veteran's health care is part of the cost of war. When are we going to fund the entire war Senator McCain, and how do you define success in Iraq?
ILikeSnacks
Speaking of non-thinking I'm guessing you voted for "w" - twice.
Obama Strengthened His Case for Getting America Back on Track
Sen. Obama showed again that he is a thoughtful leader who won't back down from any threat to American and he is not afraid to speak up and speak truth to power. Plus, imagine -- a having someone who is an expert on the American constitution in the White House. Now that will be a real change. A breath of fresh air. McCain's expiration date has definitely passed. After voting with Bush 90 percent of the time over nearly 8 years, it's a little too late to call yourself a maverick. Or tell Sarah Palin to call you maverick.
They both did
because we always lose.
UNITED STATES OF AMERICA - ONE NATION UNDER GOD . . . .
I am an American and I want an American to Lead this great nation. I want my President to be a God fearing man, not an atheist. If Obama wins this election, I fear coming under the rule of some of his 'friends'. I don't trust him and suspect his loyalty to the USA could be easily swayed. Obama does not have the experience to be our President. McCain has a good level head on his shoulders, he has experience and he believes in God. His life proves where his loyalities are. Don't be deceived by Obama's charismatic speeches. Take a long look at the people he knows and remember, if you lay down with the dogs - you will get up with fleas. Let's not blame Bush for the economical condition of our Country. This country did not get in the condition it's in over the last eight years! How have we contributed? How do we handle our own finances? Do we live beyond our means? How many letters have we written to our congressmen to let them know what we want? Is the Presidential election the only time we vote? Let's accept responsibility, elect McCain and support him. Get involved with politics, make our voice heard 100% of the time. GOD BLESS AMERICA!
mccain is not bush?????
But he voted in support of hom over 90% of the time. That's too Bush like for me!
Obama for President
After last nights debate, it only made me confirm my thoughts. McCain/Palin are not ready for the Presidential seat in the White House. First of all John McCain has a problem with looking someone in the eye, and not giving Barack Obama the respect of calling him the Senator that he is. His focus always revolves around the past, then he said nothing about helping the middle class, and his idea of middle class is a household that makes $250.000 a year. He is definitely out of touch with the real issues of this country.
Sarah Palin is very unexperienced, and does not have a clue about the real issues of this country. After looking at some footage from Alaska, lots of people that live in Alaska never even heard of Sarah Palin. Hmmm...that says a lot.
Barack Obama is "The Man" that will be our next President, because he has instrumentally exercised all of the characters that is important to America. He know and cares about the real issues, he is well spoken, well rounded, he is smart, intelligent, and I believe he can and will do a lot of good things for this country. He is "The Man". He has proven that over and over again. Go Barack!
I don't believe his race is going to handicap Obama as badly
as the staunchist of his supporters suggest. There are a LOT of white people eager to vote for him so they can make the statement that racism is quickly becoming a thing of the past. If he does become our next president, it's going to be just as much a result of the support he recieves from voters who do not share his skin color, as from those who do.
Obama for President
After last nights debates, it only made me confirm my thoughts. McCain/Palin are a big joke. What is America thinking? They remind me of Cournel McBrag and the cheerleeder. That is a joke. LOL. McCain is too old and shell shocked, and Palin is to dumb, so all you McCain/Palin supporters deserved each other.
Barack Obama is not what McCain called "that one", but he is "The man" for the job. He is well rounded, well spoken, respectful and very intelligent. He WILL be our next President, no doubt about that. McCain has only proven not only to me, but to America how racist he really is. Can't be a man about himself and look someone in the eye. Hmmm..that says a lot.
the joke's on us
Regardless who wins, the other two will continue to draw their govt paychecks and whatever gratuities that they happen to receive as a bonus. You people talk about how unstable someone is, how they have criminal associations, about how they shoot wolves from helicopters, yet are perfectly content to allow them to draw a govt paycheck.
If Obama's really a liar, why is he a senator? If McCain is really an unstable guy on his death bed, why is he a senator? How about November 5th you act on the accusations of the past several months and do something about it? Nope, we'll return to apathy as usual for another four years. It's the American way.
FACTS RE: JOE BIDEN
One step from the White House is Joe Biden, a nice guy, but look at the facts. In the Vice Presidential debate he made at least 10 factual errors; He invited everyone to his hometown in Delaware to a local restaurant, one that has been closed for 20 years; At one of the town hall meetings he asked a guy in a wheelchair to stand up; he said that Barrack Obama had never said that he would meet with foreign dictators without preconditions; he said Obama never said he would increase taxes on everyone making $42,000+ a year, which he did; FACT: he stated prior to be nominated by Obama that he would support JOHN MCCAIN for president because he had the leadership skills to be President, and he said Obama was not qualified. He has flip flopped on Coal processing depending on who he is speaking to.
McCain is not Bush
That is a shell game tactic Democrats are using. What is also a shell game is the facade Obamanits are playing to make us believe their candidate has the right experience. One excellent question not asked of Obama yet is "What, sir, have you accomplished while serving as Senator, other than campaigning?" The true and only answer would be, "Nothing of significance."
but republicans will vote party line
regardless of who's running for office, and that's the problem with this country now. John McCain will not win this election, he's totally out of touch with the people. As far as Obama being an African American, I don't believe that will be a problem considering their only other choice is the hothead McCain, who will continue the Bush politics. We've had enough of Bush politics. 32% of republicans will vote party line no matter what.
Please do your research
While I am not thrilled about Mcain, I fear Obama's connections. Susan Rice, Susan Power and Robert Malley on his campaign's foreign affairs advisory team. All there are sympathetic to the radical (I said radical) Palestinian cause. Malley's father who is of Syrian descent was kicked out of France for anti-semetic activities and writings, he was a sympathizer of the PLO. Both Rice and Power have been supportive of Hamas, Fatah and Hezbollah. Further, Obama's connection to the Kenyan Prime Minister, Raila Odinga, who exploited anti-Kikuyu tribal sentiments fanning the flames of ethnic tribal tensions and the use of violence calling for mass action that led to the destruction of properties, injuries, loss of life and the displacement of over 500,000 Kenyans. Odinga is now weighing his campaign promises to the Muslims and continues to cause concern among Kenyan because he has not declare his position on Shariah law.
You people need to read and research.
it's almost over
McCain in his mind knows it's almost over if not over he has northing more to say, i think he should let it be because obama will always be aheard of him.
President John S. McCain III
I don't think Obama will ever see the inside of the White House except as a visitor.
He has two things going against him. He's African-American, and he's way too liberal for most Americans. Barring a gargantuan blunder by the Republican candidate, John McCain, those two factors will put Obama on the short end of the vote count.
Race is a factor in America, though no one is going to admit to being prejudiced to a pollster or a journalist. Nevertheless, I believe there remains a substantial number of people who simply will not vote to put an African-American in the White House.
To the comment: "Republicans
To the comment: "Republicans are the most nasty politicians I've ever seen, and I have absolutely no respect for any of them. They lie, cheat, cover-up, and defrad the Ammerican people at a whim". Let's talk to Obama, Sen. Dodd and Congressman Frank about how they turned the other way with the Fanny/Freddie mess. Was it they were getting contributions from them to look the other way? Why does a Govt. Charted organization have any business giving campaign contributions anyway? Oh, I'm sorry. Them Democrats are noble. They had no idea what was happening. Why, they are so honest they would die before they do anything wrong. What a crock!
THE GROUP WHO WILL WIN IT FOR McCAIN IS THE GROUP OF
Hillary backers. They HATE Obama, but they are being quiet about it. The Dems are going to be surprised because McCain will win being pushed over the top by the Hillary group with the idea being that McCain will be too old in 2012 and Hillary can win then.
If she had to wait for 8 years of Obama she would be 70 and too old herself.
Wait and see.
Maybe mccain misspoke?
Maybe instead of saying 'that one' he was trying to say 'the one'. After all, that's what Obama has billed himself as - worldwide. A certain degree of arrogance should be expected in an American president, but come on....
Maybe he'll walk on water at the reflecting pool.
"that one"
If I had been Senator Obama, and McCain had refered to me as "that one", I would have immediately walked over to him, held out my hand and introduced myself as the next President.
McCains attemp to degrade Obama is typical Republican/Rovenian style politics. That same style of slander was done to McCain also, I wonder if he remembers. Republicans are the most nasty politicians I've ever seen, and I have absolutely no respect for any of them. They lie, cheat, cover-up, and defrad the Ammerican people at a whim. We don't have to look very far to see the kind of politicians they are.....all you have to do is look at George Bush. I don't want another 4 more years of Bush politics and that's what you get with McCain. Enough is enough!
Obama's character
The one thing the new's alway's leaves out is the true character of Obama! He is a racist, and has belonged to a racist, hate spewing church for what? 20 years, and REV Wright was his close advisor! He is as unpatriotic and unAmerican asyou can get! I don't want to wear a flag pin, because I don't want to offend anyone. Who? He is running to LEAD AMERICA, who does he not want to offend? 12 million illegal immigrants? His new friends the Iranians, AlQeda? The Taliban? Come on people, besides being able to talk, what is he offering? Something for nothing? Yeah right! Read and listen to him, taxes will be raised and other gov. programs will become more expensive, listen to him, he cant even tell us what CHANGES he will bring. And remember, he said it himself, "I will side with the Muslim's everytime if the political winds change"....how American! He he wins break out your prayor rugs and minnoret speakers, and ladies get sized for your BURKAHS!
