CHESAPEAKE

A 42-year-old Chesapeake man has been indicted on multiple counts of filming a nude child.

A grand jury handed down indictments Wednesday against Danny Wayne Horn on six felony counts of filming a nude minor and one felony count of producing child pornography. Horn, a resident of the 500 block of Shellview Circle in Deep Creek, was arrested in January.

The charges stem from incidents in September 2002 and March 2004, according to court records.

Horn could not be reached for comment.
