Friday's boys results: No. 1 Landstown captures Beach District title; top 3 soccer teams all tie

Cameron Butler shut down the No. 10 Falcons with two innings of shutout relief, striking out 5 of 6 batters for the No. 1 Eagles, who clinched the Beach District regular-season title Friday.
Colton Langejans and D.J. Woodmore each drove in a run and Julius Scott was 3 for 4 with an RBI.
Chris Warren’s two-run double in the fifth inning proved decisive for the Marlins against the No. 7 Dolphins. Zaine Jack upped his record to 3-0. It was Bayside’s seventh win without a loss at home this season.
