Several Hampton Roads cities will hold services today to honor fallen law enforcement officers at the start of National Police Week.

The services are as follows:

• Chesapeake will hold a service at 11 a.m. in front of Police Headquarters, 304 Albemarle Drive. If it rains, the alternate location will be City Council chambers.

• Norfolk will hold its service at 10 a.m. in the courtyard at City Hall, 810 Union St.

• Hampton will hold its service at 10 a.m. at Honor Park, between City Hall and the Public Safety Building in downtown Hampton.

• Newport News will hold its service in the community room at 10 a.m. at Police Headquarters, 9710 Jefferson Ave. because of the weather. The march has been cancelled.

• Virginia Beach will hold its service at 11 a.m. in front of Police Headquarters, 2509 Princess Anne Road. 

Portsmouth and Suffolk held services last week.
