Virginia State Police are taking part in a statewide seat belt enforcement campaign starting May 19 and continuing through June 1.

The campaign, called Click It Or Ticket, involves troopers being on heightened alert drivers not using their seat belts. Virginia law states that drivers stopped for other violations can be ticked for not using seat belts.
