Description

With your child's fun and safety in mind, gymnastics is designed with tumbling and other exercises to help promote a love for physical fitness and healthy, active lifestyles. Each class has been developed to improve fine and gross motor skills, strength, flexibility, and balance. This class will allow cheerleaders to learn beginning tumbling skills, such as handstands, cartwheels, and forward and backward rolls. Once students have mastered the skills in tumble fun, this class will allow them to work on front and back walkovers and round offs.
