Making a pit stop around Greenville, South Carolina, to post this podcast. We'll be in lovely Atlanta shortly.
Hmm, anything to talk about this week?
Columnist Aaron McFarling and I are back with a new edition of the podcast and, as you'd expect, it's all about Frank Beamer -- his retirement decision, his legacy, what it means for the Hokies and, naturally, who are the viable candidates to replace him. Listen to it all at the bottom of this post.
We're back with another podcast. Much thanks to all the listeners last week. I think we were up over 800 plays, again setting a new high.
We're back with another edition of the podcast. First, a thank you to everyone who's been listening to these things. We got 700 plays last week, our best yet. I know it's not a format that everyone is into, but we appreciate the folks who are clicking on it on a weekly basis. Thank you.
We're back with a brand new edition of the Hokies Press Pass podcast.
We're back with a new episode of the podcast. Aaron McFarling and I discuss the embarrassing Pitt loss, what's wrong with the offense, Frank Beamer's accountability, the upcoming N.C. State game, Friday night games in general and more.

But before you get to the podcast, read these items:
There was big news this afternoon: All-American cornerback Kendall Fuller is out for the rest of the season with a torn meniscus. He had surgery Tuesday.
Aaron McFarling and I did another podcast that we recorded Tuesday.
It features talk about Brenden Motley's big road performance, the defense's ability to keep plugging guys in, the special teams' resurgence, the difficulties of playing East Carolina and just how much sense it makes to play the Pirates on a near annual basis. Give a listen at the bottom of this post.
OK, we're back in our podcasting groove.
Virginia Tech's uniforms for the Ohio State game are officially out. The Hokies will have a maroon on maroon ensemble to go with their shiny orange helmets. (I'm not sure why there's blurring in the picture they released. Perhaps because Tech's players are running so fast?)
