NORFOLK Incumbent Thomas Moss Jr. won the Democratic nomination for city treasurer by more than a 6-1 margin Saturday. At a caucus at Granby High School, Moss received 602 votes; he will move on to seek his third term during the general election in November. Sherry White-Battle, an investor and businesswoman, had 91 votes, said a spokeswoman for the Norfolk Democratic Party.
