&lt;p&gt;The Coast Guard continued searching for a missing Canadian sailor today.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;The sailor, 67-year-old Hubert Marcoux, was scheduled to arrive in Bermuda by Monday, but never arrived, according to a news release from the Coast Guard&#039;s Portsmouth office. He was sailing his 45-foot boat, the Mon Pays, there from Halifax, Nova Scotia.  <title>Portsmouth awards contract to build Simonsdale</title>

Construction of the new Simonsdale Elementary will come in more than $1.5 million under budget, according to the winning company&#039;s bid.
In a vote of 5-3 on Monday, the School Board awarded the contract to McKenzie Construction Corp. The company is slated to build the school for about $14.1 million.
