 <title>Water main repair shuts off service in Suffolk </title>

 <description>&lt;p&gt;SUFFOLK
Some homes and businesses in the 100 block of West Washington St. will be without water while a water main break is repaired.
The service will be shut off between North Main and Saratoga streets until about 3:30 p.m., a city news release says.
About 30 customers will be affected.

A man was cut free from a car after he crashed into a tree this morning on U.S. 58 near the weigh station.

 <title>Suffolk family displaced by house fire</title>

A fire confined to the bathroom of a home in the 100 block of Katherine Street displaced two adults and a child this afternoon.
No one was injured.
Firefighters responded to the home at 3:25 p.m. and quickly brought the fire under control, according to a city news release.  <title>4 people displaced by house fire in Suffolk</title>

Three adults and a child were displaced by a house fire in the 2800 block of S. Nansemond Drive Wednesday night.
The fire was reported shortly after 11 p.m. and firefighters had the blaze under control in about 20 minutes, a city news release says. No injuries were reported.
