HAMPTON A Michael Vick family member whose drug arrest led to the discovery of Vick's dogfighting compound has been charged with violating terms of his probation.

Davon Boddie of Newport News could be ordered to serve some or all of his five-year suspended sentence for allegedly failing to meet with his probation officer. A hearing is set for Dec. 19.
